Quiet time before snack

Parents bring in healthy snacks for the children to enjoy. 

A "menu" of snacks offered in the current session is on display on the counter by the kitchen.

The list of what is required is on the on the table just inside the entrance. 

Please remember that the salt and sugar content should always be low, and the product should be nut free. Full fat products are fine at this age.

Suggestions for snack are: fruit, raw vegetables, hard and soft cheese, all types of crackers, and crackerbread(wholemeal) are some examples.
